Testing Parameters
Inspection protocols include Ultrasonic Flaw Detection for welds, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) dimensional checks, surface roughness tracking, chrome plating adhesion tests, and fluid contamination analysis.
Fluorescent Leak Testing
Every assembled hydraulic cylinder undergoes 100% pressure testing across four dedicated platforms. WEITAI technicians apply a specific developer to all welds and mix UV fluorescent dye into the test fluid. Any micro-leak becomes instantly visible and is rejected.
